MATT COHEN JOINS ‘ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT’ AS CORRESPONDENT AND CO-ANCHOR OF ET WEEKEND

 

ACTOR AND HOST MATT COHEN JOINS ‘ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT’ AS CORRESPONDENT AND CO-ANCHOR OF ET WEEKEND  

 

 

October 22, 2019 (Los Angeles, CA) –   Matt Cohen will join the top-rated, Emmy Award-winning entertainment newsmagazine ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT as a full-time correspondent, fill-in anchor and co-anchor of ET's weekend show, it was announced today by Executive Producer Erin Johnson.

 

Matt is full of charisma and curiosity making him the perfect ET correspondent,” said Johnson.  “We loved working with him so much as a guest correspondent this spring and summer that we had to make him a full time member of the ET family.”

 

Recently, Cohen served as a guest correspondent for ET at red carpet premieres and set visits where he’s interviewed the likes of Tom Hanks, James Corden, Elisabeth Moss, Robin Thicke, Lucy Liu, Keanu Reeves, Melissa McCarthy and Amy Poehler.

 

Cohen is perhaps best known for his role as Dr. Griffin Munro on ABC’s General Hospital and as John Winchester and the archangel Michael on The CW’s Supernatural. The actor has had starring roles on several television shows including ABC's How to Get Away with Murder, FOX’s The O.C. and The CW’s 90210
