Matt Cohen
Correspondent and Weekend Co-Host
Matt Cohen joined the top-rated, Emmy Award-winning entertainment newsmagazine ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT as a full-time correspondent and co-anchor of ET's weekend show for the show’s 39th season.
Recently, Cohen served as a guest correspondent for ET at red carpet premieres and set visits where he’s interviewed the likes of Tom Hanks, James Corden, Elisabeth Moss, Robin Thicke, Lucy Liu, Keanu Reeves, Melissa McCarthy and Amy Poehler.
Cohen is perhaps best known for his role as Dr. Griffin Munro on ABC’s General Hospital and as John Winchester, the Archangel Michael on The CW’s Supernatural. In 2019, Cohen starred in Hallmark Channel’s original movie Holiday Date. Additionally, the actor has had starring roles on several television shows including ABC's How to Get Away with Murder, FOX’s The O.C. and The CW’s 90210.
